Photo ID, previous prescriptions or reports if you have them, and a list of current medicines. For children, school notes can help.

Clinic hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 1pm & 4pm to 7pm. Saturday 9am to 12pm. Closed Sunday. Arrive a few minutes early for your slot.

Follow-ups are usually shorter. No referral is required.

Email care@drharitasclinic.com or ask at the desk with ID. Copies are usually ready in 2 working days.
Medicines & allergies
Bring a written list of current medicines and known allergies.
What to wear
Comfortable clothing is fine. This is a consultation clinic, not a procedure hospital.
Children & seniors
One attendant is welcome. For children, a parent or guardian should attend. For older adults, a family member may join if the patient agrees.
